Welcome to the first online yoga class! In this session, we'll focus on grounding and centering ourselves. We'll begin with gentle breathing exercises to bring awareness to the present moment. The asanas (poses) will primarily emphasize foundational postures, helping you build a strong and stable base. The session will conclude with a relaxing guided meditation, promoting a sense of inner calm. Building on the foundation of the first session, session 2 will delve into a series of dynamic yoga sequences. We'll explore a variety of asanas, incorporating movements that flow seamlessly from one pose to another. This session aims to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. We'll also introduce more advanced breathing techniques, providing you with tools to deepen your practice. The class will conclude with a rejuvenating Savasana (corpse pose) and a brief reflection on the session's theme.
