MUFON is one of the largest scientific research groups worldwide for investigating and observing UFO sightings. They are also the largest scientific UFO research organization on the internet, with over 2.5 million members worldwide. MUFON members conduct independent investigations of UFO sightings in order to analyze the data and prepare factual reports. The data analysis and report preparation is the only independent verification of authenticity for most of the sightings and objects captured on camera. The latest report is entitled, “Laser Light Balls Over Florida.” It includes more than 600 photos and videos of what appear to be a mysterious glowing object that can be seen over the entire city of Sarasota in Florida. The sightings and objects have been captured on camera and uploaded to the MUFON database. A team of MUFON field investigators studied the pictures and determined they are not of known objects, but have an unidentified origin. Sarasota area witnesses reported the objects. They ranged from a light in the sky with a bright orange orb following behind it. MUFON also received a report of an object seen in the city of St. Petersburg in Florida. The witness captured the UFO on his phone camera and uploaded the file to the MUFON database. It shows a large glowing ball.
