  • Identifying new content opportunities and partnerships.
  • Establish and manage strong relationships with distributors, content providers, and content owners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across all functional areas within GudSho to execute partnerships.
  • Managing the process and flow of content submission.
  • Acting as a liaison with various departments (Marketing, Content Operations, PR, Legal, Product, etc) to coordinate sharing information and discuss business queries

  • Experience with Agile Development & Project Management Life cycle Experience with Drupal and PHP software upgrades.

  • Experience working with developers, scrum masters, product owners, and other technical architects.

  • Structure, negotiate, and draft agreements in connection with a growing slate of owned, original series distributed to GudSho around the world.
  • Drafting Cease & Desist Notices and defending legal action against the Company.
  • Coordinate with external producers and creative partners, as well as a variety of internal outside counsel on third party production legal affairs (including venue creative, business/legal, production, and marketing teams involved with movies & series production and distribution.
  • Coordinating with External Attorneys for ensuring timely filing of Copyright Infringement Cases.
  • Agreements, NDA's and releases for appearance, materials and likes appearance releases), assuring compliance with governing company policy.
  • Coordinate with the Films Division / Copyright Infringement Monitoring team in getting the required documents/Contents to file Copyright Infringement Cases.

  • Execute content strategies and manage the development—writing, editing, and proofing—engaging content that's relevant to our audience.
  • Proven understanding of social media strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting.
  • Knowledge in WordPress or other similar content management systems and online publishing tools.
  • Exhibited success in developing, executing, and maintaining content marketing campaigns.
  • Writing various types of content (blogs, video, website, social media) for the B2C industry.

  • Strong knowledge in cloud computing platforms like Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience in Microservice architecture.
  • Strong knowledge in Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Node.JS or other Javascript frameworks.
  • Proven knowledge of building restful APIs for internal and external products.
  • Experience with client-side MVC frameworks like React, AngularJS, Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to deliver an end product.
  • Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process development as a member of a Scrum team.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver a wide variety of quality content to achieve traffic, leads, and branding.
  • Ability to research, plan, write, & edit content for a wide range of channels that draws the targeted audience based on buyer persona.
  • Create conversion-oriented copywriting for product landing pages and company brand pages, and blogs.
  • Research and develop blogs, presentations, branding articles, Case Studies, Press Release for products and feature pages.
  • Keep consistent brand standards and tone for social media posts to drive engagement and brand awareness on a regular basis.

  • Proven experience building marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
  • Cultivate new ideas that directly correlate to specific digital marketing trends & needs.
  • Plan, monitor, and execute new marketing campaigns for various product pages to drive traffic and generate quality leads.
  • Strategize, execute and analyze the existing campaigns with the help of analytical tools. (Google Analytics, Webmaster, and SEMrush).
  • Create target-specific and global advertisement campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Regularly analyze product competitors and create content marketing activities.
  • Actively approach top industry-related sites to place the product and brand to drive referral traffic.
  • Collaborate with content writing and design team to come up with the resources for content marketing across channels.
